Landships!France proudly supports DVG and its fabulous games.

Visit them at http://www.dvg.com

I possess several games designed by Dan, as Modern Naval Battles (3W), Star Force Terra Contact (3W), Thunderbolt/Apache Leader (GMT), Zero! (GMT). These games are exciting. I'm sure you own some games from this developper too!

Dan created DVG several years ago. The preorder program is very attractive :

Field commander serie : this serie depicts the feats of famous commanders. Rommel is available. Alexandre is scheluded for 2008. Napoleon is in developpement. This serie is designed for being played in solitaire. thumbs up

Modern Naval Battles is bow available. Modern Land Battles is scheluded. This is a fast paced game, with full colour cards. thumbs up

Down in Flames : an updated version of the classic DiF. thumbs up

DVG, it is also Vassal/PDF games as : WW1 DiF, Leader serie (solo) etc.

Dan, thank you for your games :P

We are proud to announce our newest game up for pre-order - Modern Land Battles:
Target Acquired. It has all the excitement of Modern Naval Battles, with the
additional element of being in tanks, charging straight toward your enemy in a
hard-hitting game of modern land warfare.

We just received the printer proof for Modern Naval Battles and the game looks
great! We should be able to start mailing games in about 5 to 6 weeks.

The Field Commander: Alexander the Great rules are now online! The game is
filled with battles, spies, prophecies, and plenty of glory! You’ll notice the
similarities of its core rules with Rommel, and the differences made to
highlight Alexander's specialties, style of warfare, and time-period.

We’ll keep the updates coming. Thank you all for your enthusiasm and support!

This week has been filled with prep for completing Down In Flames. We’re also
counting down the days until the Modern Naval Battles games arrive. They should
be here in a week or two.

We’ve updated the Down In Flames box back to include the newest pre-order names.
Thank you for your pre-orders!

We’ve also updated the Down In Flames rules and started layout. We’ve uploaded
the work in progress.

The artwork for Field Commander: Alexander the Great has taken a wonderful leap
foreword. An amazing artist, Wan Chiu, has taken the reins and produced a new,
exciting, and authentically historical look. We’ve updated the slideshow to
give you a sneak peek.

In another bit of exciting Alexander news, the game will include mounted map
boards! This will increase the final retail price of the game, but we are
keeping the pre-order pricing the same in order to honor our pre-order customer
commitment.

Thank you for all you support for the Field Commander series. Without your help,
none of this would be possible.

We are also pleased to add a historical article by Roger Horky covering the
pilots of the German Invasion of Poland (one of the Down In Flames campaigns).
Roger is a long time Down In Flames fan and has created many campaigns and
articles for the original series. We are very happy to have his help with the
new series. Thank you Roger!

In the Rommel section, we’ve added a FAQ of the questions asked on Board Game
Geek. Thank you John Haba for collecting the information!

Many thanks to Mark Walker and Lock and Load Games for asking me to participate
in an interview for the new issue of their Line of Fire downloadable magazine.
I’ve looked through a preview of the issue, and it looks beautiful. Here’s the
link to their web site…
